Management
Frank is a senior executive with more than 20 years of international leadership experience across the metallurgical, steelmaking, mining, and coal industries in Europe, the CIS, the Middle East, and Africa. He has overseen complex industrial operations covering iron ore, coking coal, metallurgical coal, and steel production. His expertise includes operational leadership, production strategy, large-scale asset management, safety and compliance systems, cost optimisation, and government relations, supporting the company’s operational excellence and long-term development in global markets.

Natalia is an experienced commodity trading professional with over 10 years at leading Swiss trading houses. She manages the company’s agricultural trading activities alongside broader management responsibilities and stakeholder communication.
